How long will it take to process my order?

Every item is made to order. So please allow up to 14 days (this does not include weekends) for all orders to be dispatched! 

W hen will I know if my order is dispatched?

You should receive an email notifying you that I have dispatched your order. 

Can I track my order?

All orders have a tracked shipping option. If you have not selected a tracked option I will not be able to track the package or provide you with tracking information.

Lost parcels need to be dealt with through your postal service provider.
